the srarkplug sparks when the points are open,,,,non closed
my moped has been sitting for about a year so i changed the gas out and sparkplug and im having trouble with two things , it will die down when i open the throttle and gas spills into the filter compartment and when it back fires it burns the filter and help would be appreciated
