How to Replace End Links on Monte Carlo

Aug 1, 2014 05:42 PM
Automotive tie rod end held by a mechanic.

This is how I upgraded my 2002 Monte Carlo End Link and Sway Bar Bushing to Polyurethane ones from MOOG. My factory hollow sway bar broke and it was replaced with a 33mm solid one from Dorman.

The sway bar and poly bushing upgrade improved handling slightly on the car. The car rolls through corners much better now and can be cornered at higher speeds.

This should work on any Wbody car 97-03 Grand Prix, 00-05 Monte Carlos, 97-03 Buick Regals, and Chevy Impalas.
