How do I find the fuses or relay serving the turn signals and hazard flashers in a 2003 Isuzu 2.5 TD pickup truck? I can't find them.

Of the many places to look for the fuses I would check either on the side of the dash where the drivers side door touches, under the dash on the left hand side usually against the left wall or hanging by the steering wheel.
